1. Nature of Temple Services & Contributions

• Seva & Rituals: Unlike commercial e-commerce purchases, the offerings booked through our platform (such as Special Pooja, Havan, Abhishek Seva, and Anushthan) involve the procurement of sacred materials (samagri), time allocation of temple priests (pandit ji), and dedicated arrangements performed according to traditional Vedic vidhi in the devotee’s name (Sankalp).

• Donations: All voluntary contributions and donations made towards temple maintenance, cow sewa (gaushala), or ongoing charitable activities are utilized directly for spiritual and social causes.

2. Refund and Cancellation Rules

• General No-Refund Policy: Once a pooja, havan, anushthan, or seva booking has been confirmed, and the ritual preparations or sankalp process has been initiated, fees and contributions are strictly non-refundable.

• Rescheduling Instead of Refund: If a devotee wishes to reschedule a booked puja or consultation due to unavoidable personal circumstances, they may request a date change by contacting our team via WhatsApp (+91-8239310310) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ritual. Approval of rescheduling is subject to temple availability and auspicious timings.

• Exceptional Cases: In rare circumstances where a booked seva cannot be performed due to unforeseen temple exigencies or technical failure from our end, our team will either perform the ritual on the next available auspicious date with prior intimation to the devotee or issue a full refund at the discretion of the temple administration.

3. Shop Purchases (यदि लागू हो)

• For any devotional items, books, or spiritual accessories purchased via our online shop section:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item delivered is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us via WhatsApp or phone within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing proof (photos/videos).

  • Used or opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.
